One of our popular product is perforated separator sheets used as layer divider in the autoclave,canned retort,retort in food industry for sterilization. The retort separator divider sheets play the role of spacing when products are loaded into basket, effectively prevent the product from friction and damage at the connection of each layer in the process of stacking and sterilization process.

There are two materials which are usually used to make retort separator sheets,they are perforated polypropylene sheet and perforated high density polyethylene plastic sheet,which are usually called PP and HDPE sheet.

There are different thickness and sizes for the perforated plastic separator sheets,the thickness is from 2-8mm and other thickness more than 8mm is available. The sizes depends on customer's design,we provide cut to size service.
