Perforated polypropylene retort separator sheets and divider sheets is a diverse material which can be used in canned food and drinks sterilization process.Polypropylene has a very high melting point, which makes it ideal for appliances in high temperature working conditions of 130 Celsius. Additionally, perforated plastic sheets can be dyed or colored very easily and does not absorb any water. 

Material: Perforated polypropylene sheet, perforated high density polyethylene sheet. Perforated PP sheet which is standing extra high temperature, HDPE sheet which almost has the same feature and sometimes it can also made of PPH sheet if the temperature is more than 150 Celsius.

Thickness: 2-6mm is popular or custom thickness.

Shape and sizes: Round and rectangular shape, cut to size.

Color: White and custom color.

Perforation: The open rate of our perforated plastic sheet is usually between 40-50% which guarantee the air flow or water flow in the autoclave. To meet the open rate, there is many hole sizes for you to choose such as 12mm, 15mm, 20mm etc. Custom perforation is acceptable.
